Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be changed once they are placed and can only be cancelled within 24 hours. After 24 hours orders cannot be cancelled.
How quickly do you ship orders?
We ship orders 7 days a week (excluding holidays). Due to the impacts of COVID-19 shipping transit times may be slower than usual due to carrier delays. However please allow 3-5 days after placing your order before you look for a tracking number.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted on unused merchandise in re-sellable condition with all original packaging and tags attached within 30 days of the original purchase date and with proof of purchase. No returns are accepted after 30 days.
Do you have a physical location?
At this time we are online only. Someday soon we hope to have a physical location but we are based out of San Antonio, TX.
Do you take wholesale orders?
Yes! We offer wholesale services through Faire or you can email us directly at hello [at] ambientwick.com.
How do I make my candle last longer?
Highly fragrant candles like ours typically burn faster as they put out fragrance at a higher rate. However, we had customers burn one candle for up to a year! Some of the best ways to increase longevity include burning your candle no more than 3 hours at a time, always trimming your wick and keeping your candle away from drafts.
